if she was walking around without any clothes on someone should have noticed her a heck of a lot sooner.

She just needs a lot of pancake makeup. She’d look like a Kardashian.

Dear Carol, I’ve always loved your stories but this is the best one yet. I write horror and science fiction, so, I can really appreciate the imagination and pure cleverness of this one. Please keep those “story Minutes” coming. Best, Nick

Moral of the story……..the living can be mean. But the dead hardly make good company either.

“What happened to me? I was HORRIBLY BURNED in a tragic accident. Need to know anything more, JERK?”

If she’s lucky, maybe she’ll meet the Invisible Man…or some costume and special effects geek who’ll set her up with a realistic mask, tooth covers, contacts, etc. so she can pass. (Thinking of the TV version of The Invisible Man).

Ghosts are the worst.

I know it’s easy to become invisible to women – just turn 40…
