In the old Wild West, they had town sheriffs to deal with the drunken cowboys on a rampage, and if the sheriff couldn’t or wouldn’t handle it, they’d hire a Town Tamer.
That said, I wouldn’t have the slightest idea how to deal with a rampaging little green witch with her Zapper on full auto!
