Trump thinks the old (& wrong) adage that war presidents are not replaced… We were at war with Iraq and Afghanistan when Obama was elected. The Vietnam War saw at least two Presidents overseeing it.
He definitely needs a distraction… Since yesterday he made his first bid for total dictatorship by claiming he needs two extra years on this term because the investigations cut into his time in office… What comes next??? When Xi and Putin wanted to become Supreme rulers for life in their countries …this was their first step on their road to Absolute power… The resident may not read but it’s pretty certain that Putin is giving Trump advice during all of his private phone calls in the middle of the night!!! So the bottom line becomes… the resident needs a humongous distraction to ensure his voter base continues to believe in GOP power… individual 1 will then declare a national emergency and grasp dictatorial lifetime powers in his tiny hands!!! This was the agenda all along… As long as the resident follows Putin’s plan, he will get to have all the benefits of absolute power for life. Putin wants to ensure that Russia becomes the number one world power. By getting individual 1 to destroy our government from the inside!!! The spider’s web… Yep it says clear as their Red Hats that should really read make Russia Great again!!!
The Republican senate voted down the 2 trillion infrastructure program, nothing will be done to help the country under a lawless and greedy Republican admin.
Don McGahn, being a private citizen, doesn’t HAVE to do what a public servant tells him, assuming the public servant in question isn’t a cop. (I mean, if a firefighter told him to leave a burning house, he wouldn’t HAVE to do it…..)For all of Li’l Donnie’s perverted dreams of perverted power, he IS a public servant. (So far!) And when/if Mueller leaves the Justice Department, he too will become a private citizen. And he can point out to Congress (the rest of us already knew it) that William Barr committed the felony federal crime of lying to Congress under oath. When that happens, you have to wonder about wagging the dog……..
The problem is this editorial cartoon may be prescient. This A-Hole, dumb as he is, is a master of deception. Too much heat from Congress will necessitate a diversion, and nothing diverts like a “keep us safe” invasion somewhere. Remember WMDs? Stay tuned and be prepared to duck

Putin is encouraging Trump to invade Iran. Or at least launch a few missiles.
Naturally, Trump has already stated that there is no need for Congressional authorization and that Congress should not interfere.
Because strict constructionist.

Now if the suggestion was to bomb the refugees at the border, I could see Miller offering this advice.

The real problem is Bonespurs specialty is being distracted, anything from a tweet he doesn’t like, to a bucket of KFC.
