All app and no discipline make Mr.Bostwick a dull boy.

Teachers. I can’t understand if they are heroes or masochists.

Who brought the kitty to school? And what is the girl doing on the floor in panel one?

Is a school such as Griswald’s akin to a US public school in that enrollment is open to every child within a designated area? In other words, admissions are not selective, and kids cannot be easily expelled?

Tests have shown that Bostwick is a total nimrod. A kid’s on fire and he logs the incident in his laptop, doing nothing about the burning kid.

Hmm. Interesting comic! I have just started to follow it. I will read a bit for a few days before I join in commenting on the action.

When Mr. Beckwith said “this place is goin’ to HELL, Lordy,” I thought “Lordy” was a mild oath. It was only after thinking about it a while longer that I realized he was using a familiar form of address for Mrs. Lord. (Maybe a bit too familiar?)

You would think that by now they would have brought in a Royal Marine retiree as the new headmaster.
