You know, there just might be something to this. If dogs do the majority of “seeing” with their nose, a mailman’s bag must seem to them like a putrid cacophony of a thousand human odors.
I wonder if poncho would look the same at a mail man if he knew him before he saw him in uniform with the bag? Sort of like ‘clothes make the man’, or in this case mailman.

It’s got a roof with eaves, Craftsman style. And a lid over the front stoop. Demon mailman house seems to have better windows, though.
