Management techniques at their finest. If your staff comes up with a good idea, appropriate it as your own. And when someone raises their hand and says “we should do XXXXXXXX”, put them in charge of it.
People in my agency used to say “I have a meeting at the XXX Building.” (contained several of our sister agencies) Then we moved to the XXX Building. Can’t use that excuse anymore. Sigh.

My employer has half days on Friday. With flex hours I am out of here by 10:30 AM. And people still leave early.
