Trump lies and then Barr, who should know better (and is apparently willing to risk his reputation to defend Trump) doubles down.

No — Trump’s policy has no resemblance to anything Obama ever did.

Under Obama, there were no BABY JAILS — no babies or toddlers in cages. The only children who were ever detained were those who arrived at the border alone, UNACCOMPANIED. UNACCOMPANIED children cannot be ripped from the arms of parents who are NOT THERE. Under Obama, no child was ripped from its parents and sent to detention facilities.

Ripping screaming children, some as young as one year, from the arms of their terrified parents began under TRUMP and is utterly unprecedented in terms of border control, and a viciously, maliciously cruel CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. You would have to go back to the days of slavery, ripping babies to be sold off away from their mothers, or taking the children of Indigenous Americans to “assimilate” them, to find anything even remotely as cruel. Even the war crime of interning Americans of Japanese ancestry kept families intact and did not separate children from their parents.

We will now see a series of red herring investigations for the purpose of diverting attention from the real issues.

Nothing but lies from the Trump admin,

The phrase “truth will out”, or “truth will become public”, appears as early as William Shakespeare’s works, in particular The Merchant of Venice. It may have been an entirely new concept of Shakespeare’s, as he sees the need to explain its meaning as analogous to murder will out.

A mystery will always be solved; truth will eventually and inevitably be discovered.

Trump told us the system was rigged. It seems it was rigged for HIM. Russia hacked for him, Assange and Wikileaks leaked for him, Comey kneecapped HRC for him, Newscorp shilled for him, media constantly promoted him. Yep, it was rigged.
