    LEDs are not as bright as incandescents. And, despite what they claim, the LEDs do not last for years.

    you can still get ideas, it just takes a little while for them to warm up—-sorta like the tube-driven tv’s and radios from the past

    I’m replacing my CFLs with LEDs, in part because a failed LED doesn’t give off smoke and stink up the house.

    We’ve had some that blew out within one day. These lights are a big waste of money. I’d rather have the T.A.E. light bulbs. At least they worked for a lot longer time.

    That kind of idea doesn’t start out bright right away, especially in the cold. They need to heat up.
