Actually, no, I am not Amish, but I did grow up in an area where there were many Amish and Mennonite. The females modest dress became a big influence in my life. Wearing skirts or dresses below the knee looks much more feminine than looking like, what used to be considered, “loose”. Men may lust after the more scantily clad but most want to marry a more modest woman. At, least that is what I have observed and read about from men. I hope you have a great day, truly (no sarcasm).
A rerun- instead of Earl’s soup it’s cupcakes. Scrape off the icing, Earl.
My sisters and I would rub it off with our fingers until it was just the clear plastic.
Ah, the old rubber glove disguise. If Rory had put it on his other end he could have been a turkey.
I never could understand girls dresses/skirts cut ABOVE the knee instead of below the knee. Or shorts that barely have a crotch area sewn into that part of the shorts. The parents need to step up when the children are young and stop buying these clothes that hardly cover up anything.
Middle-aged spread, maybe?
I’m glad I wasn’t drinking my tea when I read this or it would have spritzed all over my computer screen. What a hoot, Ralph!
You should go to World Cat through your local library system and get the video “Squirrel Wars”. It’s hilarious!
