I’ll vote for any of them. I may have preferences among them, but I have a much stronger preference for getting any person who at least understands the principles of government and has actually read and studied the Constitution, and they all fit that criterion. Given the mix, we should get a platform that emphasizes the policies on corruption, voting rights, climate change, healthcare, education and retraining, infrastructure, and corporate accountability.
Wasn’t that the meme (though maybe not so succinctly expressed) that was going around regarding the Republicans in 2015-16?
They remained fragmented until their Convention, which resulted in Trump getting the nomination. Then they all joined behind him, with the result that our government of, by, and for the people is moribund.
Trump has pretty much no chance of being reelected, based on just what they have dug up on him so far, with 16 more investigations in the works. And, everyone who has ever been elected to city council has daydreamed that this was just the beginning of a skyrocket political career that led to the White House. Consequently, Democrats have an amazing smorgasbord of choices. Usually, I have wished there was a “none of the above” choice on the ballot. This is the first time I remember when I wish an “all of the above” choice was possible.

Robert must have eaten another one of those Elephant sub sandwiches again. They always give him a blurred view of life.
