How can Devin Nunes declare that he was damaged by a twitter entity, when the act of complaining increases the damage 1000 fold? Or if it didn’t damage him, 1000 times 0 is 0…. the only one damaging Devin Nunes’ reputation is Devin Nunes.
If Devin Nunes can succeed in his lawsuit claiming that tweets have damaged him, then I think we have the basis for a class action suit: the entire US suing Trump for damages…
Parody, satire, and mean ol’ standup comedy are all protected forms of speech. I mean, not even Brett Kavanaugh, at his most falling-down and blacking-out drunk, would NOT know that. (He might very well DENY it, especially if he were under oath. Habit, you see.)
Let’s all send Nunes a case of grapefruit with the appropriate size hole already cut in them so he can just warm them up and he then will have something else to do rather then bothering the sane people of the country…
