According to leaked text messages between his daughters, Manafort was also one of the proponents of violent removal of the Euromaidan protesters, which resulted in police shooting dozens of people during 2014 Hrushevskoho Street riots. In one of the messages, his daughter writes that it was his “strategy that was to cause that, to send those people out and get them slaughtered.”
Manafort has rejected questions about whether Kilimnik, with whom he consulted regularly, might be in league with Russian intelligence. According to Yuri Shvets, Kilimnik previously worked for the GRU, and every bit of information about his work with Manafort went directly to Russian intelligence.
On June 27, he filed to be retroactively registered as a foreign agent.114 Among other things, he disclosed that he made more than $17 million between 2012 and 2014 working for a pro-Russian political party in Ukraine.
Even the process of removing a partisan federal judge in onerous. Our representatives should live in fear of the public, not vice versa. I guess the first thing that the power-hungry corrupt is the checks and balances systems?

So I’ll repeat:
Let’s all remind our Congresspeople [especially after 2020] _that impeachment is not limited to Presidents, but can be levied against any and all federal officeholders, including judges at any level.
US Constitution, Article II., Section. 4. “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
Furthermore, from Article II. Section. 2. “[the President] shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”_
If anyone had any doubts that our society is doomed. Here is the proof that it is. One of the greatest criminal threats to America gets a slap on the wrist and sent to bed with no dessert.
