Yep, that’s about the size of it.

Reminds me of a joke. Stop me if you’ve hear this one. Two Corinthians walk into a bar…

So Trump goes to Alabama. One day he signs boobs. The next day he signs Bibles. And the evangelicals are so brain dead that they are incapable of seeing the irony.

Phony, hypocritical “holier-than-thou” CONservative evangelical “Christians” — who always wag their fingers in everyone else’s noses have been exposed for the money-grubbing frauds they are — have officially relinquished any credibility on claiming to be the party of “family values” or the “moral majority” (they are neither moral nor the majority).

These CONservative religious hucksters have proven that it is only about the money, supporting candidates who will REDISTRIBUTE middle class working people’s wealth upward to the few richest elites like themselves who already have the most, while pursuing their daily televangelist scams and weekly Sunday collection cons to swindle gullible suckers out of their hard-earned money.

They’d probably have rather had paper towels if they were actually religious.

Recommend True Believers: Thoughts on the Nature of Mass Movements by Eric Hoffer. Written in 1951, Eric Hoffer understood the mind of the fanatic and how an individual becomes one. He was a self-educated man, a longshoreman for 25 yrs, quoted by Eisenhower, and awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1983.

Signing a bible.. on the cover.. should not surprise anyone.. trump knows lots of words but sacrilege is not one of them. Humping the flag or scribbling on a sacred book.. So very presidential.

Did crooked liar Trump use the same pen that he signed the checks with for the payments to his porn star mistress?

Amazing how many Evangelicals think Donny Boy is their chosen one. For what? Bringing on Armageddon?

what is interesting is that the conservatives are countering that Obama signed Bibles, too, but while there are lots of different links to different side stories in these articles, none to a photo or specific incident where Obama signed a Bible.

Theological note: that commandment logically entails the existence of “other gods”, and in fact the god of the Hebrews is on record as boasting of “forcing” Baal to desert the Assyrians in battle, and punishing the “gods of the Egyptians”.

If he defaced the family bible, he owes them big time, or will when they figure it out. On the other hand if he signed my bible, the Gideons might be able to sell it at a profit.
