Wouldn’t washing the insects get rid of essential vitamins and minerals?

I’ve been waiting for the “gerbil” to grow a tail, but apparently it’s just a hamster.
The gerbil is right about restaurant food, a lot of it is industrial food poured out from huge cans. But I’ll skip the insects, washed or unwashed.
He was planning on a Lecture about Starving Gerbils in Asia or Africa.
The FDA does allow a certain amount of insect debris and other such stuff in our food that cannot be take nout. About 10% of it.
