Hey, anybody that doesn’t give a rescue dog an ear tickle and a just-above-the-tail scratch doesn’t deserve to be rescued.

If it wasn’t for the dog, they would all still be out there!

If you go out skiing in a storm on a place named Mt. McNasty you probably deserve to be left there.

I guess someone rescued in such weather by a dog will cuddle and feed him treats even if he generally dislikes dogs.

Don’t be so glum when it comes to people, most are decent.

Perhaps people would avoid MT. McNasty, if it were named, MT. McCertain Death…Naw, that probably would attract more stupid people!

The dog ate the jerky and chewy peanut granola bars while waiting for the rescuers. Always have jerky and chewy peanut granola bars in your pocket if you might need to be rescued.

Don’t worry Koko there are people who do appreciate the dogs and know they are their true saviors…..I would be hugging and kissing the doggy.

The SEA Dogs of SE Alaska are respected and appreciated there, even by people who have not needed to be rescued.
