Democrats have proposed REAL solutions to address border security and Democrats have proposed REAL solutions to address school safety.

TrumpubliCONs propose “thoughts and prayers” for school safety and a fake diversion to avoid border security, while ignoring the fact that southern border crossings are at a 46-year low (thanks, Obama!).

There is no “emergency” on the southern border but there IS a real emergency regarding school children (and church goers and theater goers and concert goers and nightclub goers) being massacred.

Democrats have proposed $1.3 BILLION dollars for electronic monitoring of visa overstays and increased inspections and screenings of vehicles and cargo containers that would address the actual border entry security issues that exist and common sense gun safety oversight that would protect schools.

For Trump to reject REAL border security reforms and school safety and ignore the real source of unlawful immigration from Canada or from visa overstays shows that he does not give a rat’s patootie about border security or children’s life unless they are underage girls that get him excited (teenage beauty pageant contestants or fantasies about sex with his own daughter): his “concern” is 100% racist fear of brown skin and trying to save face now that he has been caught his LIE about MEXICO paying for a wall.

At what point will the gullible CONservative suckers wake up and realize they got CONNED by a scam artist.

That’s a compromise I can go for. When we can protect our citizens from rampant, out of control gun violence, THEN we can talk about building a useless wall.

They THOUGHT they could PRAY the Gay away but we’re still here.

Trump is keeping the govt shut down so you can’t do anything like prosecute him.

Now you would think that Preacher Pence would be 100% behind THIS nonsense… after all, Jeebus tells him EVERYTHING….

Wall is not the answer

Would the wall have stopped the 9-11 terrorists? No.Would the wall have stopped the San Bernadino shooters? No.Would the wall have stopped the Boston Marathon bombers? No.Would the wall have stopped people coming in legally but overstaying? No.Will the wall stop drug traffic coming in by sea? No.Will the wall stop drug traffic coming in by air? No.Will the wall stop drug traffic coming in by USPS? No.Will the wall be paid for by Mexico as promised by Trump? No.

Border security, Si! Wall, NO!

Trump’s thinking is less than one-dimensional. The border isn’t just along the Rio Grande; it’s at every port of entry into the nation including about 3,000 miles of it with Canada. Why not build a wall there too? Oh, the Canucks aren’t Hispanic so they aren’t rapists and murderers.

Good one. Sad one. So much about the current “president” is so blatantly contradictory, as pointed out in today’s Jeff Stahler entry.

“Thoughts and prayers” = Problem Solved. Plays so well to the NRA and the evangelical right. That is its only function.

It’s well-intentioned, which supposedly is the clearest pointer to one’s destination.

The most brilliant solution. It’s a wonder that no one has thought of it before!
