@OldCoal, of course he doesn’t claim the DOWNS of the market, which are far more attributable (the markets typically hate political instability)…because NOTHING he does is ever wrong. Or misinformed. Or ignorant. Or idiotic…

First, trump said furloughed workers want him to hold out for the wall. Today, he says most furloughed workers are Democrats. Hmm.

It is time for trump to hit a wall. He lied to soldiers in Iraq about a non-existent 10% pay raise, he deployed troops to a Mexican border for a midterm election stunt, insulted POWs/Gold Star parents, attacked Admiral McRaven, just called for troops’ ballots to not be counted, the bone spurs were a lie, a favor done for the Trumps by a doctor who lived in Trump real estate. And that is just a fraction of his shenanigans.

Remember, before partisanship and party base took priority over “We the People”, deals (compromises) were possible …

The markets an insane elevator right now, up down, and while “investors” win or lose, brokers make it from both sides, win win, and now that computers do the trading, it happens too fast to follow, which is a large part of the problem.

In history, a bear market indicates that there is a chance of more than 50% that a major recession is imminent.https://www.cnbc.com/2016/02/04/can-the-markets-predict-recessions-what-we-found-out.html
