That’s obviously NOT a UPS delivery person. On more than one occasion we would be waiting for a package and UPS would just leave a pick-up sticker on our door instead of actually knocking. One time we were sitting outside in our driveway when the truck pulled up (it was an extremely important, time sensitive package). Before we could get to the front of the building the driver had run up the porch steps, left the sticker, ran back to the truck and took off.
