Saw one “diet” chocolate bar that was seven servings and only 110 Kcal per serving.
But one chocolate bar contains only one serving, no matter how big or small the bar may be. same goes for potato chips. At least that’s how it works for me and my will power.
Serving sizes have always been a ridiculous fantasy. I think their main purpose is what fuzzbucket said.
