Today’s glut of road cameras assist with that, while shaking down errant drivers.
Pull that congressman out and slap him silly, then send him back to write rules that make sense. Slap him around again if he fails the first time. A little bit of accountability in government will go a looong way.
It seems like ‘common sense’ has to be written into law.
Also, they keep changing. At least, my ex’s always did.
Most have enough trouble with the written rules of the road.
Watch where that wing mirror is going to go when he reverses!
