Unfortunately this new wrinkle is going to be hard to prove. But all you need is reasonable doubt and none of the men there and the President want that dispensed with so it is blocked. Seems to me we have proof that Brett Kavanaugh lied under oath. That should be sufficient to cancel him as a prospect. But Trump and his pack want him sat anyway.
They don’t care how it looks, once he is on the court Roe v Wade can be Federally removed as law. And Brett Kavanaugh can also help POTUS to punch more holes in the Wall between Religion & State. He is so full of good things for them.
Imagine trying to swear on a future bible that is also a high tech quantum computer and nanotechnology MRI that senses all the physical artifacts it needs to determine whether the person is telling the truth. Would Congress ban high-tech bibles?
I wonder if the Rapepublicans know what this is doing to their chances in the Mid-terms? Not only will they lose the House, they NOW might lose the Senate as well!
