I am sure there are many Republicans that are happy with this image.. yearning of the good old days.. like what they saw in those movies of the wild west.. when real men wore guns and could shoot Indians for sport.
From this morning’s Kansas City Star: We’re once again drastically cutting the number of refugees who can resettle in the U.S. while we concentrate on asylum cases, says Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. We’re concentrating on them, all right — turning some of those fleeing persecution away at the border and jailing others, for the perfectly legal act of claiming asylum.“This year’s refugee ceiling reflects the substantial increase in the number of individuals seeking asylum in our country, leading to a massive backlog of outstanding asylum cases and greater public expense,” Pompeo said. “The daunting operational reality of addressing the over 800,000 individuals in pending asylum cases demands renewed focus and prioritization.”If by “renewed focus and prioritization” you mean the administration’s redefinition and punishment of asylum-seekers then yes, Mr. Secretary, that is what we’re doing. The policies you’re so willing to defend may be good politics, but they put lives at risk.
So much crap happening that another mass shooting happened and few took notice. You’re more likely to die of a gunshot wound from a toddler than a terrorist. And some, I assume, are good people.
I would definitely not vote for Kasich, even though he is better than trump. There are many problems with Kasich, such as: he wants to limit collective bargaining power and limit union power, especially for public employees, such as teachers. He cut Planned Parenthood funds and required women to get an ultrasound before abortion, not his business and a waste of taxpayer money. He wants to lower corporate taxes. In his state, he cut public education spending, $84 million cut from schools. He wanted to repeal and replace the Affordable Health Care Act, except for Medicaid Expansion.

Trump admin taking money from all the other agencies to jail over 12,000 children.
You would have to be a heartless jerk to support Republicans these days.

Republicans have nothing to offer. They give all the tax dollars to the rich and military and that’s it.
They despise women, minorities and working people and do whatever they can to take away what little power they have.
If you want anything else, you will have to vote for another party.
