The fact is that trump has no administration. He doesn’t run it. He is incapable of running it. He has synchophants who try to prevent him from acting on his psychotic, sociopathic ADD-driven compulsions.

I would put money on it that was suggested to Jeff Session by Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislyak That is why Session recused himself. It was too traceable.

Is Ramirez actually suggesting (admitting?) that Trump’s tweets are having a negative effect on his reputation/administration?

Don’t be trying to blame the bird, the one who’s undermining the administration is the loon in the middle, the jerk who does things like dispute the number of lives lost in natural disasters. Not by a few, not even by half, but by 98 percent or so. It’s the loon who says crapola like that who is totally screwing up the administration.
