You folks all appear to be missing the point, Anderson included. Mr Musk has committed a major violation of SEC rules and law. He could, and should, face a court and some serious jail time.
Twitter is no more or no less than old-fashioned gossip. The big difference is that it’s shared with the whole world. Here is one for leaders (like musk/trump): If you only spread gossip, then you will also be judged by gossip. This is one for journalists: If you take over the gossip without verifying, then you are making a gossip magazine. This is one for the rest: If you rely on gossip, then your knowledge is based on a lot of lies.
