Does ANYONE know why she skipped from “G” to “L”? Are “H,” “I,” “J,” and “K” no longer valid letters? I swear I never got that memo.

Has anyone ever wondered if that’s really the way the alphabet went originally or did they come up with it after the song suggested it? A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, LMNO, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z

Can you believe…the first time I ever heard that song was when the Shadows of Knight were playing for our high school dance in our gym! Sometimes you’d see Jimmy Sohns, lead singer, at the Big Boy for a late night snack (back when high schoolers and college kids hung out at Big Boy on Friday/Saturday nights. Place’d be PACKED!) Oh, the ’60s!
