But Choodie is my nickname!
That’s what I do. I put them in as soon as the brown spots start to show.
I live in Northern Arizona, up in the mountains at about 4000’. Sudden wind gusts are common as are dust devils. Had a dust devil blow through our property and knocked over our dumpster. Luckily, the water haul guys showed up and helped my husband upright it.
I have an app on my phone called “white noise” with hundreds of different sounds. I use “brown noise” as it is a lower resonance, and I plug it into the speaker of my radio. Drowns out the hubby snoring. I was in the hospital a while back and had it going to drown out the sounds of the hospital corridors. When the night nurse came in to take vitals, she looked around confused and asked about the “noise.” I am such a light sleeper and this really helps.
My Grandmother had my mom at 42. There was a 19-year difference between Mom and her next sister and a 26-year difference between mom and her oldest sister.
I grew up in Houston/Sugar Land. Lived there for almost 50 years. Moved about a year ago to northern Arizona.
