Thank you. True, it isn’t easy. I would have called my husband from the car to move the spider. LOL. With him gone, I just can’t live out here, by myself anymore, so I’m heading home to be with my children and leaving the tarantulas here in Arizona.
I currently live in the mountains of northern Arizona. I was bringing groceries in yesterday and a baby tarantula was on the door. It was a big baby. I found a shovel and moved it away from the door. I let my dog out last night and there was a full-grown tarantula on the patio right by the back door. My dog tried to play with/eat it. It ran off. I know they are good at keeping other bugs away, but I still hate them. I am moving back to Houston next week to be with my children since my husband passed away in July.
Years ago, my cat brought one in and then let it loose in the family room. I was a teen at the time (I’m 60) so I locked myself in my bedroom until my dad could get rid of it.
I had to go back and look! Great catch!
yep. My husband bought a timeshare with his ex-wife. In the divorce, she got the main house. He got the timeshare. He tried to get out of it. They kept asking for more money. He passed away unexpectedly in July. I sent the timeshare people notice of his death along with his death certificate. I am NOWHERE on the deed. His ex-wife still is. They sent an email to my dead husband’s email account asking for a $150 fee to process the title transfer and a signed letter from the surviving owner(s) requesting that his name be removed from the title. Then they sent a letter addressed to his ex-wife at my address. I sent it back: Return to sender. Not at this address. I have no idea where she is, so good luck to the timeshare people.
