Someone was recently arrested in Italy for taking sand with him as a souvenir.
Wonderful depiction of one of those “teaching moments” that parents get to have with their kids.

Me I would be pouring the sand outside but then that’s just me
Pretty much all natural beach sand is OLD, whether it is in your bag or not.

Now they don’t have to go to the beach – they can put the sand right in their swimsuits at home. 8^)

Petey will go into a state of panic when he sees that beach bag.

Such joy Alice shows (panel 4)! I guess she likes going to the beach, at least for now. Petey, I’m sure, would much rather stay home….
