He is scathing in his criticism of everyone else, including his closest political allies, but never ever will say one bad thing about Putin or stand up to him. Saluting the flag? Trump promotes the interests of Russia, is building trade relations with our long-time adversaries (North Korea and Russia, and China only after they bribed him with investments in his companies [emoluments]), and alienating the United States from its long-time closest allies (Canada, Mexico, Europe), both economically and strategically, and now undermining logistical and strategic support for long-time strong allies Japan and South Korea for photo ops and empty words with an untrustworthy, murderous dictator who lies almost as much as Trump himself.
What KOMPROMAT does Putin have on Trump to coerce such pathetic obeisance?
Must be more than just the pee pee videos. He likely has those, but that would be merely embarrassing and Trump is shameless. Must be massive evidence of extensive financial crimes such as money laundering and business in violations of sanctions and embargoes, as well as political damage — Putin would absolutely be the one person who has the evidence of the collusion.
Putin’s three soggiest wet dreams are:
1) Lifting the sanctions (which Trump has called for, stopped only by a veto-proof congress)
2) The United States political system in turmoil
3) NATO and G7 allies torn apart by trade wars and treaty differences
I’m not sure which bothers me most about this cartoon; it’s inherent truth or the possible insult (albeit unintended) to the memory of General George S. Patton.
I keep wondering if gen. kelly has a weapon on his person at all tiimes and would shoot the asshole if he ever tried to launch nuclear weapons. Maybe he would just strangle him. Slowly.
