Along which Texas town did Gracie have in mind? El Paso (which is near Ciudad Juárez) perhaps?

Republicans used to be the party of FAMILY VALUES.

Now the TrumpubliCONs support kidnapping babies and toddlers, ripping them from their parents’ arms and locking them in cages (well, if they have brown skin).

Not to mention payoffs to porn stars and nude models and serial adultery.

Turns out the child trafficking ring wasn’t Hillary in a D.C. pizzeria.

If we think it is wrong and we knew about it, does it matter which president the actions occurred? Do we ignore something we consider wrong just because it may or may not have been done before?

I suppose it doesn’t matter to you all that one main reason for the separation is so we can make sure that the adults they arrived with are actually their parents, and not child traffickers. I suppose it also doesn’t matter that they are committing a crime. That is why it is illegal. I don’t like seeing families separated either, just like I don’t like seeing people go to jail, but if a crime is committed, we can’t just say oh well they have kids, or are brown, or some other excuse. The law must be enforced separate from feelings, that is how a fair justice system works.

Love the comic strip, hate the politics. I actually live on the border in Texas…your ‘facts’ are wrong and grossly distorted by the media. Please quit believing the media stories and leave the politics out of the comic strip. I enjoy reading comics as an escape from current events and for the enjoyment.

This one brought a little tear to my eye. Sweet and thoughtful.

There are a lot of children in the U.S. that are. They’re not as self-centered and prejudiced as some of the adults.

All the nasty comments from conservatives really drive the point of this comic home.

One of the last things immigrant children need is a teddy bear. They need to go home to wherever they came from and get their toys in their own home town.
