There is a mistake in Adam’s math. An acre is 43,560 square feet. If his pool is 0.112 acres, than it has an area of approximately 4879 square feet. Dividing by pi and square-rooting the result gives us a pool radius of 39 feet i.e. a diameter of 78 feet. I highly doubt Adam’s pool is that big.

That doesn’t look like a 4,878.72 square foot body of water to me. I think Adam meant .000112 acres (just over 4 square feet.)
