Here in Seattle if you sport an umbrella you’ll look like an out-of-stater.
Isn’t lack of gills indicative of that?
I’m not sure the decade, but Lou Brock (baseball player) came up with the Brock-a-Brella which was a hat that could double as an umbrella.
down here with the 100 degree weather, it can double as a shade to keep you out of the heat!
