Pluggers don’t demand that their wives stay the same weight or shape as when they married them, either.

The box has a familiar design. I remember giving a box of chocolates to Tink with that design when were children.

That box of Chocolate has also been marked down by at least 30%

Pluggers will be sadly disappointed at the next appointment to check their “sugars” when the doctor has to add yet another diabetes medicine to the regimen.

My husband tries to do that also. get me chocolate. He’s diabetic & also keeps telling me I’m fat. I am trying to lose some & candy doeasn’t help. I now take it unopened to the gym for the staff or Church for the social hour after Mass. I do the same for left over Halloween treats. He has cut down on buying the stuff as he doesn’t get to eat it.

Wife didn’t like that kind of candy(although I did), she preferred pecan, caramel, and chocolate nut clusters(won’t say trade name), those were never turned down ! ! !

Of course, a Plugger knows better than to buy those fancy, too shiny chocolates. So he gets her a beautiful Whitman’s Sampler.

This was wonderfully cute today! Although, for me, better than giving the Whitman’s Sampler (which is good, do not get me wrong)…. if I really wanted to “share”… I would buy my wife “Bridge Mix”! I try to be good, however, so I buy those traditional types of chocolates instead…. I am less tempted. :)

I’m going to have to print this up and tape it to my husband’s computer screen. Chocolate isn’t just for special occasions.

“Dear, where are the chocolate covered caramels?” “Sorry, Honey. When it comes to the 3 C’s, I look out for Numeral Uno.”
