He is obviously dumber than a blond if he didn’t have enough sense to keep his thoughts to himself, and not opening his mouth. Hope his foot was clean.
I worked with a blonde gal who totally owned the blonde jokes, going so far as to bring in a collection of blonde jokes several pages long, stapled together, and gave them out to the rest of us. I caught her totally offguard one day with this one, “Do you know why blonde jokes are so short?” and gave her a few seconds, then, “So brunettes can get them!” The look she gave me was one of those priceless looks.
