Credit card interest rates should be locked at no more than 2% above prime.

But the banks are made of marble, with a guard at every door, and the vaults are stuffed with silver, that we all sweated for.

Remember those ads Montel and Gary Coleman used to do for loans? Once I paused the TV and read the fine print. Those places charge like 100% interest! You’d be better off with the Mob!

Many years ago, when ‘plastic’ first came out, an individual who worked at the same place my wife did, stated that paper money and coins would go out of existence at some point in time. I din’t really believe him then, but I’m beginning to believe that now. When the wife and I go out to eat I usually pay cash and whoever I pay sure looks at me as if I were out of the stoen age!
