At his trial in Boston, the judge would not allow Bulger’s defense to argue to the jury that all his crimes had been permitted by the government in exchange for his becoming an informant. So his defense morphed into “all this talk about him being an informant is nothing but lies.”
He never signed a contract, and if he sues her, he just makes her story for the tabloids that much more valuable. If there had never been a contract in the first place, he could deny the whole issue with at least some possibility that he would be believed at least by those who want desperately to believe anything crap he puts out. He is either guilty of an affair with her or of being really stupid and a bit nuts. I suspect both.
