My wife, a North Carolina girl, loves to make “snow cream” from fresh snow. I think she adds vanilla extract and sugar to a bowl full of fresh snow, then puts it in the freezer.
People in California during the recent wildfires might have lined up for the free snow, if only they could have gotten it from Horace’s yard to their own homes before it melted…
