Yes, that fits all those “christians” who talk about sin, but support the sinner. What was the old saying, “a baptist will never recognize another baptist in the liquor store”. So adamant about sin and god and the bible, and yet all perfectly okay as long as its not someone else. Perfectly okay for good ol boys to get up to that kinda thing, ya know, just a little fun. Someone from up Nawth, or of a different color, and they have what they call a conniption. Too bad hypocrisy isnt fatal, we’d be well rid of the lot

Being a Democrat is a far worse sin than being a pedophile.

I guess the Baptists were correct in keeping church and state separate. The problem is with the individuality, or lack of consensus amongst Baptist churches … the local church is the authority. This has resulted in a cult-like belief; coupled with the Baptist belief that the bible is error-free and literal, Moore’s behavior can be justified by selecting and-or rejecting various verses to suit the locality. As we see with Al-Qaeda, ISIS, Jonestown massacre, Christian witch-hunts, etc … religion can do very harmful things as well as good. Since there is no universal religion that all people around the globe naturally accept, it would seem that religious tolerance, especially separation of church and state, would be the most logical choice and people wishing to serve the public would pledge not to impose their personal beliefs on the public.

Any criminal charges against Roy Moore have been supplanted by the Statute of Limitations. The female accusers (some who are Republicans) have nothing to gain for themselves by coming forward. Except to prevent an unfit candidate from the Senate.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/doug-jones-for-senator-in-alabama/2017/10/23/2752fa6e-b830-11e7-be94-fabb0f1e9ffb_story.html?utm_term=.be8bcf3f7acd

“Mr. Moore repeatedly forced the Alabama Supreme Court into unwinnable fights on tangential side issues, rather than keeping the institution focused on its job.”

“Mr. Moore’s judicial record shows contempt for the law. No matter how you felt about his campaign to display the Ten Commandments on state property, once a federal court had made a decision on the matter, he should have complied.”

“Mr. Moore’s mockery of his judicial oath is only one indication of questionable moral fitness.

Another is how he profited from his charity. The Post’s Shawn Boburg and Robert O’Harrow Jr. uncovered that, though Mr. Moore said he did not take a “regular salary” from his nonprofit, he in fact claimed a big office, a bodyguard and a $180,000 yearly salary.

Though he did not get his full salary every year, he still received a promissory note for back salary, for which the charity had to take a second mortgage on its historic building. "

Historically, Americans vote for the candidate that most closely espouses their values both in word and deed – in the case of Judge Moore, you will note that supporters go with the tired, "The reports made by the victims are ‘sketchy’ and “Why didn’t they come forward 40 years ago” deniability – an they are totally ignoring the reports that the judge was banned from a local mall and the “Y”. Those facts don’t mesh with their perceptions so they are ignored!

Amazing that when thirty women come forward to claim assault, it’s the man who is the victim and the women who are to be questioned.

Shouldn’t the FACT that Moore was removed from the Alabama Supreme Court TWICE for defying a ruling of the UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT and disbarred from practicing law automatically disqualify him from running for ANY Federal Office???

Help the pedophiles. Schedule a donation pickup with Damnation Army today!

In every season of life, remember to find refuge in the comfort that only God can give. Whether you are a 40 year old looking for a teen. Or you are a teen who just got molested by some old man. Or even if you are trying to get into the Senate and now all those pesky women are coming out about your molesting them as children.
