Early Nancy was kind of like a young McGyver

Just trying to figure out what the poster could possibly say. “Use Black Powder” (as in explosives)?

Hmm. She likes makeup.

I notice that Nancy has more scruples about obeying her aunt than she has about vandalising the poster. Or perhaps she just doesn’t want to do two bad things at the same time.

From the era when every household had a bottle of ink. And fountain pens. And blotting paper, usually with an ad on it from the merchant who gave it out for free.

Marcel Duchamp would be pleased.

I wonder what Nancy would have wanted to paint in 2019.
