I keep a very sharp knife with a sturdy 3-inch blade in my pocket. I say I used to be a Boy Scout, which is true, but really it’s for opening plastic packages.
It works great. I probably use it twice a day; it’s my favorite tool (even better than the DeWalt cordless drill).
