Last I checked the gun isn’t the problem as it is an inanimate object usually it is the human that is on psychotropic drugs that picks it up.Maybe we should start running background checks on the people before you can get those.
To me this is just a funny comic. But for those who MUST take it seriously; if you encounter a stray firearm in an unexpected place, like over the hedge, CALL THE POLICE, YOU IDIOT! Criminals often discard their gun in such a place. Pick it up and you may damage the evidence.
