Who thinks maybe that the cartoonist anticipated the uproar the last joke might cause and had this waiting?

This could be a save from the not so funny joke in yesterday’s comic.

Yes … because she totally doesn´t tease him back. I hope this isn´t some sort of “she is a little girl” thing.

That advice would work in most, if not all, questionable situations.

This is the advice that I put on my Linked-In account, but in much more descriptive language.

For some who think yesterday’s strip was a “bad joke”, I hope you no realize that it was a set up for today’s lesson. The purpose of this strip has always been a social educational, using the interaction of the characters and humor. Although written and drawn with the Hispanic diaspora in mind ( it is distributed world-wide in Spanish ), it certainly speaks to Anglos, as well.

Think: Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it kind? Before you speak.

Sorry, Baldo, the “joke” in the White House renders your ‘joke’ quite flat.

Great good advice. Benjamin Franklin makes similar suggestions in his Autobiography.
