OYE stealin’ a man’s pint,why that’s as bad as stealin’ a man’s horse in the American Wild West! It Means one’s very life itself!

…Is " pint " Northern slang for " his bird * (female companion) ? Just askin’:-)!

That’s where the expression “Mind your P’s and Q’s” comes from…..protect your pints and quarts!

A bop on the nose for a free pint? Andy would consider that a good trade!

Seems Andy is losing his touch. In the old days he would have pinched the pint, drained said pint, then innocently told Dave he was daft for forgetting that he had drained the pint before leaving the empty.
