Who would have expected Sam would wind up saving Sedine? Actually who didn’t expect it?

Well, well, well . . .

Today’s “Body Count” …

- A bare minimum of thirteen, possibly fourteen distinct figures in the background of Panel #1.

- A smattering of six players – mostly from the “Home Team,” judging by attitude – behind Sam & Sedine in Panel #2.

- At least nine “Poor, Unfortunate Souls” on the receiving end of Sedine’s “Excess Wrath” in Panel #4.

The game’s over and Sam’s not a vegtable Sedine’s mission is accomplished, why is she still fighting? Does she have a vendetta against these guys?

Or …

If memory serves, we first glimpsed Sedine sparring with Roy in just such a fashion during the brief “Lizard People” arc – guessing that, perhaps due to her diminutive stature, she was encouraged to take self-defense courses at some point.

Illegal helping the ball carrier, teammate carried the ball carrier. After the whistle, deadball foul, personal foul, fighting. Touchdown disallowed. Intercepting team shall receive the ball with two 15 yard penalties to be assessed from the point of the interception. Ball carrier is disqualified!”

How she and Sam did score

Together entered the end zone

O how the crowd did roar.

It is so sweet when two hearts meet

How temperatures shall soar

Teammates so strong! High heels so long!

The home crowd cries for more!

In panel 3, I thought Sam was going to kiss her.

Sedine’s real sport is not football, it’s MMA.
