Trump has rarely visited reality. All the money and real estate inherited from daddy has kept him pretty much in a bubble all his life. Why would he change that now?
Reality is not a pleasant place for rust belt America and the towns and cities with boarded up factories where people used to earn a much better than subsistence wage. Elitists of both parties don’t see to it that every American has an opportunity for good education, good healthcare and gainful employment … they just promise it during election season and then suffer severe memory loss (from the excitement of re-election?).
When will the red States learn that campaign promises just that. the more outrageous the promises the less likely they are to be fulfilled? Obviously not in my lifetime.
