But what’s the point of saving all your money for “health care” when it still won’t be enough to prevent bankruptcy if you really need it?

I look at Ryan and the rest of the teabag party and remember Boehner walking to the mic and smiling while singing “zip-a-dee-do-dah” when he announced that he was stepping down from the speakership. It seems that many republicans only believe in working AGAINST others rather than working WITH anyone else.

Ya know, I don’t think either McConnell or Ryan were at the top (or near it) of their class…can you say dumb?

Ryan is somewhat intelligent, but he’s a trickle-down con artist I hold in contempt. McConnell is also dishonest, and has never seemed to be very bright.

“Trump supporter credits Trumpcare — which hasn’t taken effect — for dramatically lower health costs””

" Soon after Charla McComic’s son lost his job, his health-insurance premium dropped from $567 per month to just $88, a “blessing from God” that she believes was made possible by President Trump.

“I think it was just because of the tax credit,” said McComic, 52, a former first-grade teacher who traveled to Trump’s Wednesday night rally in Nashville from Lexington, Tenn., with her daughter, mother, aunt and cousin.

The price change was actually thanks to a subsidy made possible by former president Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act, which is still in place, not by the tax credits proposed by Republicans as part of the health-care bill still being considered by Congress."

And the results of their lies don’t bother them a bit.

ChangeMe’s post illustrates a point that leaves me in despair for the future of this nation. It was bad enough when they demanded that the Congress get rid of Obamacare but keep the ACA, to say nothing of demanding that the government keep its hands off their Medicare, but now this! And the presentation of the facts makes not the slightest impact on their thinking. With such thinking, we are doomed to third world status…
