    obamacare is a huge ponzi scheme for the insurance companies in cooperation with the US government. a total sham brought to you by the biggest sham artist of them all. it has nothing to do with actual health care for the people. ramirez on target again.

    Best not to take the patient to a Republican emergency room.

    As usual, more delusional nonsense from Ramirez. The ACA should be replaced with a single-payor system like other modern nations. Of course, the ACA design itself is taken directly from a conservative “think” tank, the American Enterprise Institute. Then, reasonably successfully implemented by Republican, Mit Romney in Massachusetts. The republicans have to rely on the poorly educated and ignorant. Otherwise their base would wise up. So, are there any republicans out there who can tell us all about their glorious plan to “repeal and replace?” Of course not.

    You should feel some kind of kinship with the republicans, since the democrats are doing the same, educate yourself a little, those “modern nations” you like to bring up so much are struggling with health care just the same, and it is mostly because "single-payor is not working, look at Canada it already has a two tier system, and it’s due to fact that the public system is either inept, under founded or incapable to provide all the services needed. God forbid you get into a serious illness or an accident, by the time you finish waiting for your appointment to come up, you can either be healed in your own, or have died, Oh if you have died your get a bill for not cancelling your appointment. It’s no the health part of the system that needs most of the fixing, is the administrative part, most doctors seem to know what they are doing, and the incentives to stay where they are and work never come. The main problem with Obamacare is that it was never really thought out, it was just a dream to run a socialist system with a capitalist method, in other words, it was just a change of health insurance companies. The insurance companies wanted profits, and the government wanted pay backs and bribes. Sooner or later an investigation will be done on the finances of Obamacare, brace yourself, the email scandals will seem tame compared to Obamacare.

    Now that the Republicans have the presidency and both houses I expect them to unveil the amazing alternative that they have to replace Obamacare with.I can hardly wait.

    What Ramirez knows about health care in the USA “could be put in the navel of a flea!” -- { He obviously hasn’t read any of Stephen Brill’s articles about American health care! }

    Only 20% want the patient quickly consigned to the morgue.

    47% want the ACA to remain viable more or less as is. 28% at least want to know what the new plan is before discarding the ACA.

    Bitching is easy. Governing, a little bit harder.
