Either I’m going through serious Deja Vu right now, or this is a rerun, because I explicitly remember a strip where Marigold mentions a movie about talking toys.

I once had a theory that Phoebe’s parents were Calvin and Susie.
If this theory is somehow true, I’m willing to bet that’s Binky Betsy, or a friend of her’s that Susie had.

Considering the third panel, I think the movie Phoebe saw once too often was Toy Story 3. A fourth Toy Story is currently getting made.
