Mitch McConnell: The peasants seem to love our trickle-down economics, John. John Boehner: Indeed they do, Mitch - I can hear their loud shouts of appreciation from here. Voices: HEY! Man: Republicans make a big splash, don't they? Punk: Way out of proportion to their numbers.

While I don’t agree necessarily with the labeling (it’s not just Boehner and McConnell), that does look like a pretty accurate depiction of trickle down economics.

the richest guy i know says, “money’s like poop; it floats. trickle-down economics is baloney.”

Even if you accept it completely as it stands, it is very clear: the rich get a lot, and everyone else only gets a trickle. Why is this good?

Might not be “good” but folks have been buying it since Uncle Ronnie – and expect more when the Repugnants take office in January and have all that “tea” to get rid of.

This smells suspiciously like the drawing of a bilevel outhouse that went around in college in the 60s (yeah, I’m old). The upper level was labeled FACULTY and the bottom STUDENTS. But the faculty treated us a whole lot better than the Party of NO treats the peons. The peons - get it? The peons.
