One is enough to trap you. It is understood in our household that when Herself is on someone’s knee, that someone cannot get up and do anything useful until She decides to vacate the knee.
In the modern version of the timeless scene, the faithful beast is, of course, Elvis.

Why do our four furballs need to sit on ME when we are both in the same bed with the same fuzzy cover? It’s not easy holding the Kindle over cat heads so I can read.

Yes indeed, I’ve actually had my fuzzy blanket stealthed off of me in the middle of the night to create a cat nest on the foot of the bed.

Hmm. The man’s pen is missing. How odd. On a side note, everybody knows that being trapped by a cat on your lap is a valid excuse for not doing anything and for having another (human) resident of the house bring you whatever you need.If only Lupin could have brought the cider and cinnamon sticks with him to the fuzzy blanket, everything would be perfect. Well, the man’s pen would still be missing, but other than that, perfect.

Love last panel with all cats sleeping comfortably with Georgia. Unfortunately previous BCN news cartoons will not expand. Hope the techs can fix this bug for BCN & all othercartoon that can’t be seen without expanding.
