It is important to burp your water mattress if you own cats. The bubbles sound like a fish splashing under the sheets when the cat walks across it. They will chase the bubble down and capture it with claws.

Our Casper is a “get under the covers” cat. The whole bed will be smooth and flat except for a lump in the center. We call it the “lump O’ Casper.” He does it all year and no matter how hot it is, he’s under something – the covers on the bed, the blanket on his bed, the throw blanket on the sofa…he’s not picky.
